China becomes greatest FDI provider in Africa

The Financial Times’ “2017 Report on Investments in Africa” analyzes the main trends of foreign direct investment in the continent in 2016, and among the highlights is China’s growing position. For the first time since the report’s inception in 2003, China has become the leading investor on the continent in terms of capital invested. The United States, nevertheless, remains the most prolific investor in terms of projects.Click here to download the article
